Top and skirt are one outfit. (It's one mesh)

So here you get both top and skirt (and cute undies)

I really like these, you did a wonderful job. I saw this mesh a 2forU and thought to myself no, I never use this don't like the shoes but I love your outfits thanks for sharing.

Yes, it is chiffon. It looks more natural & realistic this way, because a chiffon summer skirt is always a little bit transparent. Chiffon is very delicate and thin fabric.
