Very nice, I like it. Building playable and beautiful houses under 20000 sim. is not so easy, hmm? Thank you.

I agree Lamamma, I have tried to make a house under 20.000. I think I get carried away for the decor in mine though. :D

thanks guys but starter homes can be easy if you don't decorate too much, I had to go build 3 houses before I got the final result
