Well, yes and no... Theres a bit of room to the back and sides, but I'm not too good at leaving room for expansion. In my opinion, build up! Anyway, there are 3 main double bedrooms and the office area could be converted into another, so it can hold 8 sims at a push. Thank you all for the comments also!
