For the Vest, I think a dark color. In order to create as much contrast between the Black and White so as to better imitate Mr. Vasquez's art style. So maybe a dark blue. But Black may be to dark causing it to blend in with the shirt.

I love the shirts under the vests... especially the one on the left...

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.
