hey do you know the BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled... cheat if you do type it in then enter CAS(you cant do it in CAS so do it before) then go Shift+m or Shift+n (its one of them) this enables Debugging mode and give you everything NPCS wear and the clothes for jobs etc. the robe should be in adult everyday male.if you dont kbow the BoolProp cheat please tell me so i can tell you. Correct UppER AnD lOwER case matters.

Oh, that should not be a problem. Just enter the "boolProp testingcheatsEnabled true" cheat in the cheat window (CTRL + C) and go to create-a-family , Press "N" ( a BIG "N") and Grim reaper clothes will be availible for girls to. Though, your girl sim will have to be BALD to make the hair not stick up.

Does the grim reaper make the same children that the real in-game Grim Reaper makes?

That would entirely depend on the genetics of the sim dressed in the reaper costume, Lavaster.
The real grim reaper, I believe, is S1, either light or dark blue eyes, black hair, and face 2. (At least that's what I've gathered over at boolprop.)
If you make her with red hair and the Sandry Bruty face, then no. If you use the correct genetics, then yes, they will look the same(ish.)

Can you please post a working site for the CC? I know this was posted a long time ago so the sims 2 site is now down. I REALLY want to play as Grim Reaper without having to use the one in my game (which will probably corrupt my game.) Thanks
