Do these counter with the default vampire-eyes replacement eyes?

How do you make eyes replace the defaults? I have some eyes I made that I'd like to make defaults in my game. Can you help me?

I want to make my own replacement eyes, can you point the way to a how-to? This has me a bit stumped. Does it ahve to do with changing the GUID?
