no the smaller lot i think is included in the package isnt it?

yes, the lot is included in the package. you don't need the lot expander. the lot expander is just something that lets you create different size lots, other than the one Maxis gave us. i don't really know what it is either, cause i've never used it. lol.
I always get the fuzzy end of the lollipop.

PS: If you're wondering I have no idea what snazzy means, I just like the word, and it fit the house
