Great Job!! I like trailers because of the simple layouts. Too often they are only 3 spaces wide, meaning single beds only. Thanks for the space so my Sims can grow their families without cheats.

I like your recolors. I think it fills a niche. There are tons of trashy items to be had, and they are awesome for their purpose. However I often wished for a different look, which you come very close to achieving. A sort of worn tacky look, like you would see in and old 60's house, that was never updated. An unfashionable look that is faded worn and tired, but without being trashed.
