I might be wrong but to be a starter it need to be Under 20k... ok this is.. but 19k.. and NO items in it... where can they sleep etc?

Shouldent a Starterhouse be under 20k and whit the needed items?

Sorry, but in order for it to be painted (mostly (: ) I had to leave out some vital furnishings! I'll be uploading more stuff soon, but most of my houses that are furnished start over 30k. ~MaureenH
