This is one of the few houses I've looked at that legitimately needed those spiral stairs, I hate it when people just through in the spiral stairs or the ladder when they aren't really needed. This looks like it belongs here. GREAT JOB!

Thank you! I avoid using them if I can get around it because I hate linking up CC. You are right that in this layout it was unavoidable. If I'd used the regular stairs there would not have been a main level bath. And the top level would have been impossible unless I relocated the stairs to the middle of the house which doesn't do much for layout.

I can't believe I didn't thank you earlier. Since I have only up to Seasons, thanks to Securom, I am constantly on the lookout for those lots compatible only up to that EP, and only those lots that are different from the ones I usually create, since I usually create my own. This lot is a very attractive, and uses space very efficiently (no wasted spaces), and I use it frequently in my neighborhoods. Thanks!
