Really nice house! There're many calm corners around where a sim can have zen meditation and the double roof looks great. Bravo! Thank you for sharing and welcome back to the stage

Where to begin....first of all, i don't claim to have any knowledge of this, but should'nt a Pagoda at least have more than two storeys?
Also it is clear that you have Bon Voyage, since you have the zen-garden, but why did you bother using the old outdated roofing method invented by....that Pagoda-guy? (i say outdated because have you ever tried deleting that kind of roof?) When there's perfectly good asian roofs in Bon Voyage? Other than that it looked good.

Simathome, you have it all wrong. A pagoda does not need to have more than two stories, plenty of the best have two or less. By the best, I mean created by en7en (that pagoda guy). Also, I do realize that I did not use the new BV roofing method. I did that because en7en's method is a much more realistic looking pagoda and the new roofs can be too big and awkward looking. This roof does not ruin the look of the lot, which the new ones do. Also, weather doesn't penetrate this roof either, so it will run just as well.
Thanks for the response, but until you try and create a realistic looking pagoda, you may never know of the gratification of making the custom roof looking even better than Maxis' roof.
Much of this is my preferences. Thank you again.

I'd say using the roofslopeangle cheat would do the trick (if that works on asian roofs) and again deleting it is a hassle, that's all im saying. And if you´re appealing to realism i doubt there are any pagodas out there furnished like a house. :P

Can you please stop replying to this thread. That last statement made no sense. The furnishings are normal, and people who live in pagodas DO live with furnishings. I see no arguement in your last sentence because it makes no sense. Until you make a lot like this, you will never understand.

Daman19942 I must say you outdid yourself, this is a wonderful pagoda style home. I love it, and I agree with you about the (do it yourself) roofing. I have bon voyage myself, and maxis asian style roof is a bit large and awkward to look at. And i would just ignore simathome, I know a lot of people who like to pretend they know everything, it is just best to smile, nod, and agree. LOL

This is absolutely adorable! I must have it for a vacation home. Thank you for sharing.

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.

Default Love It!
I love it, and I would really like to download it, but sadly I don't have all those expansion packs. (In fact, I only have Nightlife.) Is there any way you could make it available to me?
