That's easy, the University EP offered a cheatcode to change the max levels in lots - setHighestAllowedLevel [level] where [level] should be substituted with a number, for example setHighestAllowedLevel 8 will allow you to have 8 levels on the lot you wrote the cheat in.

Allthough this cheat is from University EP it doesn't mean that you actually need it to be installed!

All cheatcodes from earlier EP's are collected in later EP's, however some EP specific cheats don't work unless you've got the actual EP installed, for example the boolprop ControlPets [on/off] cheat from Pets EP doesn't make any sense without that EP installed

The apartment is not showing up in the lot bin. I downloaded both the 4 and 8 apartment ones but neither showed up. Anyone else having this problem, or am not looking hard enough?

i try to build one like this in my house but i cant build the stairs over the first floor.

This Apartment is Perfect! Thank you so muchhhhhhhh I love it. The only thing I'm having difficulty with is placing Vehicles on the lot. No matter what I do I can't place them anywhere it always say " Location out of bounds". I understand it did not come with cars but you said if we wanted them we would have to do it our self. Any tips as to in why I can't or how I can?
