I don't understand. You say no CC but the trees aren't Maxis. Do we have to download them seperately? This house requires the CC?

Either way, it is a very nice house!

The pictures are what it looks like with custom content you don't however need it as it is packaged without it.I have it in pictures to show what one could do with it !!:D

WOW WOW WOW I love it ! Stunning lot again and the gardening is just fabulous !

I think you could have added the custom content you used for it (if allowed by it's creator) as it is so nicely done that I trust downloaders would not have minded it too much.
