It is SAU Myos Female Hair 14. The file was lost when SAU closed. You may be able to find it on the sims cave.

You download both if you have Bon Voyage, and the Base Game. You download only the Base Game one if you have only the Base Game, but not Bon Voyage.

As I do for the chess mod, I added the french translation to the fieldset that was empty and now this mod work also with the french version of the game. Hope this help
