It's a Maxis default, so you don't need to download it. After you install the character it should show up automatically.

Parasite Eve was great, but I never played the second one. Aya Brea was definitely awesome, and such a beautiful woman too. And I love, love, love that dress of hers too. I was in love with it when I first played this game. I wish it was real. >>;
