Quick Question, If I want this in new colors do I recolor the game mesh and then add something to this package so it can "see" the new color? Or would adding a new color to just the game hair work? I'd like to have this in rainbow.

You need to add swatches to this hair separately. You can reuse any textures you create for the original hair - just set the diffuse map in the swatches to point at the same texture reference.

That's missing textures, you need the pack with the original and I wrote about that in the description.
