I love this, I'm a Dental Hygienist myself and I've always missed the dental careers in the Sims.
If you want to translate to dutch some day, these are the dutch carreer names:

1.Receptionist
2.Praktijkmanager
3.Tandartsassistent
4.Tandtechnisch medewerker
5.Mondhygiënist
6.Tandarts
7.Parodontoloog
8. Orthodontist
9. Endodontoloog
10. Kaakchirurg
