I've redownloaded this mod just to see if it actually was broken, and it looks like it still works for me. I still saw the Talk Like a Pirate tradition and the lottery ticket one when editing holidays.

All of you who are saying it's broken, what I would do is redownload it, and test with ONLY THIS mod in. If it works, then something else was causing the issue.
