This is a great map. How do you flatten the terrain so well? I can never do that, especially with the beach parts.

The Beach area is Eaxis' doing, my handiwork is mostly the Hills area (the culdesacs is me though)

But tbh i am just very liberal with the flat level brush tool and use the flattening tools in mayor mode, if you do it bit by bit then its easy to put the roads back in when you're done.
