I got some more info on it today when I was porting in all the kids of the hood, apparently not every child gets it. Out of the 13 I have, about 10 got the error. I'll play around with it some more when I can, see if I can repeat the results on who errors and who doesn't Reading your theories I guess I should mention I use a mod that prevents enthusiasm decay. I don't see why that would result in this as my Sims can and do gain enthusiasm in hobbies, but it's the only thing I can think of that maybe I use that isn't super commonplace

a) 615_Enthusiasm_GetHobbyIndexinT0.package contains the extracted global BHAV. You could run this file against your mod folder through HCDU. If you find a mod that also overrides this BHAV, it's possible that it indirectly conflicts with my LTW set.
b) ltw_chooser and ltw_support contain the updated "Hobby - Predestined?" BHAV that does not rely too much on the global BHAV 615.
c) LTW_Wellness is updated to rearrange the order of tests. Maybe it'll help if all the aspiration checks run before the hobby check. This will reduce the frequency of error occurrence, if nothing else.

I'm not confident about these solutions, because I can't say I figured out your problem, but we'll see

UPD. So, we've found out that it was a conflict with Total Anti-Enthusiasm Global mod that indeed overrides BHAV #615. If anyone experiences the same issue as Gummi, go get the ltw_support from the SFS link above. And ltw_chooser, if you use my Lifetime Want Chooser. You don't have to update LTW_Wellness.

Hi, i'm having a slight issue with the mod. So, lately i had to reinstall my game, but i copied all my saves and my downloads folder and put it back in once i reinstalled. After I started playing, i noticed that all the sims that had the custom wants like 'earn this much money using instruments/dj/etc' or 'enter this many competitions', the wants have reset, meaning when i use the hacked painting to see how much they earned already, it says 0. Is this more likely an issue with the mod itself or rather with a painting? Did I do something wrong in the re-install? I would be grateful for any help. Anyways, this mod is amazing, i've been using it for some time now and it's a great variety to my game <3

Looks like tokens that counted those things were deleted from sims. It happens when the game is loaded without the mod files (or the whole downloads folder). Maybe it also happens as a consequence of reinstall? I wouldn't think so, but I haven't tried it. See if you have a backup from before reinstall and try it just in case.

Thank you for answering so quickly Well, I guess i played myself by not leaving a backup from before reinstall, the only one I got is from a few months back, when I'm not sure if I even had your mod ;> A reminder to do backups more often i guess. I think it's something specifically with tokens made by the mod, because for example my sim who has a cooking competition aspiration still registers the number of dishes learned correctly, it's only the competitions number that got reset. But to my surprise the sim that has the stars and planets finding aspiration got their data intact. It's pretty interesting. Do you know where your mod saves the tokens, by any chance?

Learned dishes and discovered stars and planets tokens are part of the game, you can't take them out, this is why they stayed Personal tokens are saved in sim's inventory, you can see them in SimPE browsing sims data in the neighborhood files. If the game is loaded without custom content, anything custom in inventories gets wiped out. It's different with content on lots, because with lots, we can quit without saving, but inventories are kind of 'hood-wide, can't undo or un-save whatever happens on that level.

In my thread for the LTW counter object, I've marked which options rely on Lamare's custom tokens (although the information isn't complete for some, like the number of restaurant guides written is recorded on one of Lamare's tokens, but the foods eaten is an EA token). Generally if the option involves counting something and doesn't rely on either Lamare's tokens or memories, it uses an EA token.

So I don't have every expansion pack downloaded at the moment but I still want to play with these (and intend on downloading them later.) Can I download the MG version, or will it break the game if I don't have the previous expansions downloaded? (For some fun reason I am running the MG version of the game just without the expansions in between, so it recognizes that things like witches exist.)

You should download the MG version. You won't see LTWs that require missing packs, but they shouldn't cause any problems either.

I want to use the Romantic Standards mod (regular version) in my game, but Hcdu+ is showing a conflict between your lamare_LTW_VacationsMementos_x2.package (loads earlier) and simler90's (loads later). I can always not use Romantic Standards if need be.

Consider getting another version of VacationsMementos LTW, the ObjectScripts one. It won't conflict with other mods. See the highlighted block of text in the Known Conflicts list

Hey Lamare! I wanted to ask you something. Are you planning on adding two of the Uni Lifetime Wants, the "Have X Children Joined" and "Have X Children Abducted by Aliens" wants I'm referring to.

PS. I love your mods ! Your "Use Inaccessible Beds" and "Shiftable Everything" mods are extremely useful! I can't play without them!

Thanks for making this mod! One question, though: I actually kinda like the EAxis completely-random-within-an-aspiration LTW lottery. What do I need to do to these files to strip away the non-aspiration-related conditions for these wants?
