hello, maybe there is some conflict with other mods? Have you checked that?

I really appreciate this. My previous mod doesn't include infants which is frustrating! I really appreciate that you have included all ages.

It is genetic. You have daddy elf and mommy elf with big ears have a baby elf that baby elf will have big ears. Genetic. THANK YOU FOR THIS MOD !!!

I have played with this mod in game since the beginning.

Must have Get To Work (aliens pointed ears) and Vampires (also pointed ears). And also Realms of Magic installed.

It will not work without those three. You must get up close to the ear and click on the ear to shape it. Using mouse to drag it to a point. Or if you don't want to just pick the vampire ear will show up in CAS after you clicked the ear a preset pointy.
