So far I have been using an updated version of the Stay Things Shrub, also made by Mootilda in collaboration with Phaenoh: the "For Sale" sign.
Does this issue with false calculations of the lot value affect that other mod too? And: Can you make a version, or a pie menu option, that keeps only light fixtures, bathroom and kitchen appliances, like the "For Sale" sign does?

Thank you for sharing! Does it has the same GUID as Inge's shrub, so that all the existing shrubs will be replaced with yours automatically?

I've never used this mod before, from what I can see, Mootilda somehow managed to fix this problem. I wish I had known about it earlier I'll work tomorrow and try to add this method of fixing lot values to my mod.

No, it has new GUID, but if you want I can restore the old GUID in the new version.

@Lenna9 yes, it would be convenient if the original shrub can be replaced without placing a new obbject.

How is this different than Fway's mod from several months ago? Her's works in Apartments and "requires no objects to place (For Sale Sign/Stay Things Shrub/etc.), and will automatically keep objects listed that are affixed to the home in question."

The difference is that fway's mod makes all lots undervalued forever with no option to fix this. A mod that runs in the background is something I originally wanted to do, but had to give up because of this problem.
And the only thing this mod does for Apartments is that items don't disappear when you rent an apartment, which you might as well achieve by shift-clicking on the door the "Rent Furnished Apartment" option. Using my mod or this mod to leave objects on the apartment lot is pointless. Here is Mootilda's explanation for this: https://modthesims.info/t/showpost....78&postcount=12

What is the diffrence between this mod and Mootilda's For Sale Sign? In my game For Sale Sign works for keeping everything on the lot too.

The difference is that For Sale Sign allows you to make stayable only the fixtures such as the kitchen, bathroom and lighting. This mod actually has working code to leave everything, but it has to be manually edited in SimPE to make it work. And even with that, it's still doesn't truly make all objects on the lot stayable. Items that are not available in buy mode catalog will disappear. So the goal of my mod is to keep really everything, including career rewards, paintings and other craftable items.

Thank you for updating this mod! Is there a way to edit out the pop-up that appears? Every time I enter and exit buy mode, the same message appears and it's a little bit redundant.
