Awesome! I love it and finally a new community lot that doesnt require EP!! (I uninstalled mine so my sister could borrow it...sisters...always a pain in the butt!) Thank you!

Actually, it took me almost 2 months to really accomplish it not counting a week for planning. Well, surely, I did it separately and gradually, and eventually, it's done. In this lot, I've tried many things I didn't try before, so I was learning things while building it.


As for the lot intro,

if anyone finds it useful, one can copy it as a template and customise it for their needs without any permission.
