Great mod! Well done for your hard work!

But I'm kinda having trouble with it, when I use the ones where they sit down or lie on the bed poses, they have to get up to do them, my sim can't do them sitting down :/ is there any way I can stop them from getting up?

Well, you are supposed to type in the code..then move them on the bed/chair with moveobjects. Not type in the code while they are on the bed/chair

Do you mean the poses don't work or the pose player itself doesn't work?
You have to type in the names of the poses with this set, because the creator hasn't updated it to use the Pose by List selection.

Although, I really wish the creator would, since I would love to use these poses but it takes a lot of time and effort to remember which pose is named what. >_>

I'm sure it takes alot of time and effort to enter a pose name into the pose player

. I'm sorry, but that's laziness right there.. it doesn't take a week to find the correct pose name and enter it into the pose player.

I love this set and wanted it for the pose list. I seen that it hadn't been updated so I thought I would update it for you. Awesome! Love these poses, they're going to work great with my new story that will be coming out soon, thanks!
You really should consider updating these for the pose list though, it would be convenient, as most every other pose set has the pose list available.
