Futuretec ~A Home for the Future~

I got a few requests to build a futuristic space-age home, after my last space-age community lot. This 4 BR/3 BA futuristic home can be yours for $235,915 and sits on a 3x5 lot.

The top floor has plenty of extra space to hold those career reward objects or to build more living spaces, if desired. And what home of the future would be complete without its own robot to help with chores? A Servo is included and is waiting your gender and name assignment.

This lot has been play-tested as well as checked against the Clean Installer and is entirely hack-free.

While all listed expansion packs are required, none of the stuff packs are needed to install this lot.

Custom Content:

There are no custom objects present.
Two custom tiles were included by Frillen7: http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/pod.php?user_id=126444

All other floors, walls and terrains were created by me.

~Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi darkon,

To get furniture to go at an angle open up the cheat window by typing Ctrl C

In the cheat box type in allow45degreeangleofrotation true

While you have ahold of the piece of furniture to be angled, hit the period key or the comma key to angle the piece.

I hope this answers your question! Good luck!

I just have to say that my jaw dropped when I saw this. Absolutely incredible. It's 2:30 a.m. for me right now, I'm tired, but I'm going to have to d/l this and check it out in the morning. "motherlode" is about to be used. Thanks again, I only wish I could build like this.

Be the type of Christian that when your feet hit the floor in the morning, the devil says: "Oh no! They're up!"
