Other than these issues it still is a really good house! I just hope I can fix them. Would I need to reinstall the house? I figured out how to fix the pillars and windows, but I still have an issue with missing flooring, missing wall coverings, and a chunk of walls is missing all together. Does that have something to do with the unleveled walls?

OMGeee!!! All the little posters! I forgot to credit/link to mySELF! Those poster are because I used my Wallpaper Overlay Set for the trim. Boy, do I feel -ish... I will add that to the main post immediately! Oi!

As to anything that flashes 'blue' that means you don't have the main mesh for that object. The window mesh you are missing is the Georgian 2T by Phoenix_Phaerie @ MTS2 - it's towards the bottom of the CC list. If I were you, I'd go get a fresh copy of it. The same for the "little posts" - they are a part of the mesh for tbudgett's Retaining Walls. I don't know why these meshes didn't install properly for you; but, just go get a fresh copy of them.

Missing walls are definitely because of not having Numenor's UNlevel wall installed... Make sure it is installed. The floor? It must be CC, and I didn't catch it. Just pick your favorite floor/wall covering and replace it (hold down the 'shift key' and click.)

SO - make sure you have the wallpaper overlays, windows, retaining walls, and unlevel walls installed. Fire up your game. Demolish the first copy of this house. And lay down a new one. Once inside, replace any missing floor/wall coverings with whatever ones you fancy. And you should be good to go!

Please let me know if you have any other issues - I'm glad you like the house enough to fix it - I hope you enjoy playing it

OMG, out of 775 pages of houses, I finally found the one house I hold dear to my heart becuase I grew up in this house with my dad and mom who have passed away and now this house has someone else living in it and it hurts to see. So many good memories in that house. Thank you so much for making this house. I am going to keep this house in my game, close to my heart. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. The downstairs is a little different but the upstairs, wow, right on. I can't telll you how much this house means to me. Once again, thank you for buidling this house.

@Sims Girl - I am so glad you found this house!
I redid this house using a lot less CC earlier this year - it's available on my blog: Sims 2 Virtual Realty.
The "build" CC is still needed - but the deco/furniture stuff is not.

Yeah I saw that. But I am really afraid to download the unlevel wall, I looked at that site and it looks scary to put that in my game so I am not going to do that. I will check in my game if it will still be ok. I have downloaded split-level houses before without the wall and it shows up. Once again, dear to my heart, thank you for making this house.

It's here on MTS. I posted in the comments about how to install it. I'd be happy to help you further with it (I love that wall!)
But... if you'd rather not have it, I guess you could rebuild the house around the missing walls. I hope the house will work for you.

I am very sad right now. The house shows up in my house list in my game but once I click on it and it suppose to just load up a little, but for some reason, and I have tried this many times, it just keeps loading...it won't go to the house in the game. This really sucks. I don't want to let this house go. I wish you could do me a favor, since this house means so much to me, would it be possible if you could make the same house without the unlevel wall? That way I can still have the house in my game. Its weird because I have downloaded houses with split-levels and they show up in my game after loading but this one, sadly and depressing, doesn't. Can you do anything for me? ANYTHING?

Did you try the less CC version? It should still load, even though you don't have the wall.
I won't have time to look at it until later today - but, I will see what I can do.

ETA:
I just tried to load the house (2022 version) in my new, clean, shiny, saved game folder... and it wouldn't load. *sigh*
So, since this is such an old 'build' for me (who knows what I did 5 years ago!) I'm gonna completely rebuild it from scratch.
Give me a couple days - but, I'll let you know when it is done. I won't use Numenor's wall in it either.

Here @Sims Girl - I might have fixed the file from my blog... please re-download it and try again: https://simfileshare.net/download/2920997/

Yes, that is the download I used but it in my game, it just keeps on loading and doesn't get to the house...very weird.

I wish I could do something for you but I can't build anything, not that talented. I could maybe buy you a gift certificate but could be lving somewhere totally different. I will try the fixed download but if it still doesn't work, I am looking forward to your new house but would it be possible if you could put the driveway on the right side because that is where it was, not on the left. I will let you know if the fixed house loads. Once again, thank you so very much and may God bless you for this.

In case you want to know, I have found a picture online of the house I grew up in but it doesn't show the floor plan. So, I am going to describe what it looked like inside.

https://www.redfin.ca/nb/new-maryla.../home/157047979 This is what it looks like outside. Hate the tree though, lol. This is funny, if you look at the site and use street view and drag your mouse right, you will see the house you build, white and blue. So cool.

The driveway is on the right. Downstairs, on the right was a tv room, behnd it was freezer and storage, and laundry room. On the left, was a basement. Upstairs, right by the stairs, was a couch and tv. Room before couch was dining room. Next to dining room was kitchen. Then there was a hallway. A room for storage, small bathroom, my room on the left, another room on the left and then my mom's room in back with a small bathroom. Outside was the same balcony you have with a bbq and then a shed on the right for bikes and lawnmowers. That is the best I can do to describe it.

If you descide to do that floor plan in your new build, I just want to say you are so kind to do that for me and I will definitely hold this house dear to my heart. Thank you so much. May God bless you big time for this.

The new one won't load? The SFS download (linked above) is a new version of that house that I just put up last night. If you install it with it's 9(?) pieces of CC, it really should load.
Please try it again and let me know if it doesn't.

As for building your exact house - I would LOVE to! Building is what I love to do - and building something I know will be loved is the best way to do it.

I can create a shell based on the redfin link you gave above. I will build it as CC-Free as I can get it - so you will want to decorate and place furniture, etc, after all, you know what it looked like, not me... I will arrange the rooms as you suggest. If you can sketch out on paper a floorplan of where the rooms are, that would be even better - it can be a rough sketch, then just upload it as a picture (jpg or png) here, that would be great! You could also pm/dm me the floorplan on here or through my blog.

I hope you have a great day! I know I will - I'm excited to go build your house!

Not the new fixed download, I still haven't tried that. I had to delete the one that just kept loading and then re-install the fixed one but in my game, I saw that its not white and blue, it is grey, is that a problem? I never really got a chance to see if it would load but I will today and let you know. As for the floor plan of the real house, I tried to, lol, draw the floor plan with paint on the computer but it looked horrible, it looked like a kid did it and its really difficult to draw in letters, lol, and then when I saved it, it would not go in a picture so that is why I had to describe it in my own way. I don't know how to put a JPG picture in MTS. The best would have to be through email. But, I saw the new house and I LOVED IT. You did an incredible job and it put me to tears. Oh, I wish I could do something for you. May God bless you for this, really! The only thing that was not there was the last room by the balcony. Under the balcony had firewood, nothing else. And there was a shed on the right across from the driveway. I am so glad you furnished it, I don't like unfurnished very much. And plus, new tubs and showers are the best. I would like to show you how it looked inside and downstairs to but how do I do that? For eveyrthing else, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You are a awesome builder. Oh yeah, and if you are wondering what my favorite colors are on a house, its baby or sky blue. Blue Grey is also a nice color. Gold is another one. Thank you and I am happy you loved making this house.

Bad news about this fixed 2022 house, same with "RPR.14", I to got the posters all over the house. No flashing windows though. Check screenshots on page 1. That sucks. I liked this house. The only way to keep that house is to delete the posters and save it like that in your house directory in the game.

Like I replied above - "Those poster are because I used my Wallpaper Overlay Set for the trim."
Click on the link to get the mesh. Once the mesh is in your game, the blue posters will be gone. You will have to place a fresh copy of the lot from your lot bin, in order for the change to take effect.

Or... you can just delete them. They add 'finishing' trim to the joins between siding and stonework, around the outside of the house. They are completely unnecessary.
