Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

This simple set gives you even more variations in decorating your hoods.
With this set you will able to add an urban look to your shorelines, lakeshores or canals.

Important:
I've set Night Life EP as required for using this decorations, but the idea is that you need at least one of any EPs installed, to have this decoration available from 'hood decorations menu.
But it is also highly recommended to have a Free Time EP installed, to be able to edit existing terrain, for better use of this set.

This set is mostly for advanced simmers, with some kind of experience on making custom neighborhoods and using of neighborhood camera modds.

If you don’t have enough info about all this stuff, I recommend you to check the MTS2 tutorials.

Each object of this set can be placed over the road and also over the lot.

You will also need a lot of patience and some experience during embankment construction, since there is no snapping to grid in neighborhood mode and not every shoreline will look good enough with embankment on it (it depends on the terrain map you use and your terraforming skills).

Installation:
Just put all the *.package files from the zip to your ‘Downloads’ folder.

What’s inside:
The set contains 6 objects:

1. Left end piece.
2. Right end piece.
3. Straight/Inner curve piece.
4. Outer curve piece.
5. Stairs piece.
6. Fenceless piece.

All objects can be found under ‘miscellaneous’ submenu of the neighborhood decorations menu.

Enjoy!

Polygon Counts:
Left end piece: 151
Right end piece: 151
Straight/Inner curve piece: 188
Outer curve piece: 188
Fenceless piece: 74
Stairs piece: 258

They are fantabulous. I always like your ideas, how you realize them and how you implement them in your hoods with such ease. I don't even know if I'll be able to make use of these, but downleading I will! Great job!

Really good! Generally I don't care so much of the neighborhood look, but your beautiful sets make worth a try. This one looks very detailed and realistic.

This is beautiful... love it! Have you thought of uploading the Neighborhood you show in the pics. I would love to have that one in my game... ;o) Just a thought, and again thank you for this excellent piece! ;o)

Please do not upload, or post any of my creations to the Sims2 Exchange or any pay site. As a note; I like to personalize all my creations by altering the alpha files a bit, which if anyone has tried before it can be a pain. ;o) Happy Simming :o)
