This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Here's a Hogwarts uniform for teenage girls, similar to those we've seen in the Harry Potter movies.

There are two different sets to choose from: A "neat" one with the shirt properly tucked in, and a "sloppy" one with the shirttails untucked. Please note that – since skirt and sweater are two separate items – you'll need to change the skirt if you want to switch from neat to sloppy, not the sweater!

I had to alter the original Maxis meshes for both skirts and jumpers to make these work; the meshes are included in the respective .zip-files. The sweater file includes all four house colours; the skirt file includes both the "neat" and the "sloppy" style.

All items can be found under Everyday. No expansion packs required.

Matching uniforms for other ages can be found here:
Children, teenage boys, and Young Adult and Adult Males, and Young Adult and Adult Females.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Ack I'm sorry I'm new to this so it might be me, but when I downloaded it they came up on my body shop as a light blue halter and a tan skirt. They said they were from your livejournal and all, but they clearly weren't the uniform. I'm pretty sure everything was in order, I followed this guide( considering that at first nothing showed up at all.

Any idea what might have gone wrong? I'd appreciate your help, this is all new to me.

@ sk8er180: Everything on MTS2 is completely free ;-)

@ Elake09: This sounds as if you don't have the meshes in your game for some reason ... are you sure you put the two files that start with MESH_ into your download folder as well? Also, if you only have the original game, make sure that you put all skin files directly into the download folder, NOT into a subfolder within the download folder.

That's the weird thing, I have both the MESH_ files in there (just checked) and they're not in any subfolders.

Huh ... now I'm confused. Er, have you tried installing any other altered clothing meshes, and if so, did they show up?
