Somewhere in the world a designer clicks their mouse. Months later, on the far side of the world, people stand around, heads tilted to the side, trying to work out exactly what they're looking at.

This is Chaos Theory, a combination of a few ideas I've used in previous houses all mashed together. It's been designed with a fusion of secondary colours and bright white, while the interior is a stark landscape with a fusion of styles to retain emphasis on the exterior structure. Sims navigate between the four rooms on the coloured structures themselves.

With my last house, BANG!, a few people were asking for a tutorial on how I made it. So, while I was working on the structural aspects of this one I took a few images so hopefully I'll have a quick tutorial up for people to read soon.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

But why do this as a house? The Sims sites are filled with craptastic houses, most of which will never be used. (More than 30 homes in a neighborhood will start to bork your game, unless you have a really fast and powerful computer.)

This would be much better as a community lot. Say, a children's museum and/or playground. As a home it is completely impractical. As a community site, it has real interest. Besides, there are not enough community buildings.

I saw this on the home page and I glanced at the picture and it was like "WOAH what was that!" So I just had to find out what this piece of art was... then I realized it was a house!!! :0 All I have to say is... if I had the Sims 3, I would have it in my downloads folder already. Makes me wish (for the first time) that I had Sims 3...
so thanks for sharing this with everyone else, even if I didn't download it! :-)
