PS - Did anyone else notice on American Idol that Taylor Hicks (gray-haired guy) called a hat like this a "toboggan"? I thought a toboggan was a kind of sled...

I'm having an odd problem with the mesh. It looks fine in CAS or the mirror, but then in live mode it has this odd half-dome about 2 hat-heights up from the toddler's head. Is this a known problem/is there anything I can do about it?
