Yeah, that site used to be my favorite! I'm sorry, it's gone. I've got quite a collection of their floors and walls in my game, spreaded around my other lots here as well.

Just a couple of cheats like move_objects on, boolprop SnapObjectsToGrid false, to pose sims like that and Uni camera reward object.

Yes, there is, but because it's placed in the basement below terrain, I used only the extension with no driveway. It's perfectly functioning though, except you won't see the car driving in an out. It'll just appear and disappear, but guess it's a price for having more variety in design and placement, which I can live with.

AND MY BIG THANKS TO YOU OTHERS FOR YOUR KINDLY WORDS AND POSITIVE COMMENTS!

cool! i think the best thing about this house is if i was walking down the street i wouldn't say, "wow that looks like a sims house." haha it looks more real life. the unique layout and basement garage are killah. the only things i would change r personal likes: darker colors, more trees/grass. i like it!

Building a roof like this isn't any difficult. You just have to drag it 2 times over itself, making one overlaping the other (one tile difference between the edges in this case). Each roof makes it's own sloped wall below and then you just delete the wall you don't want.
