This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

This is a new mesh based on Maxis Touch of Teak... (I'm not sure about the exact name, sorry) Pigalle Door.
I am not saying I made it from scratch. I just added some parts and changed others. I also made the glass subset recolourable.

The door has about 1520 polys. At first I thought that was too much, but it
is a double door, after all.

The rar file includes the straight and diagonal meshes as well as a total of 6 recolours
for the frame and for the glass. Two of the recolours are in the straight mesh
and four are given in separate packages. All of the files are placed in a separate folder so that you can easily delete them if you decide to.

Please, let me know if there are any problems and I will try to fix them.

Enjoy!

I like this variation! The Maxis doors are some of my favourites but weren't quite fancy enough for my really elegant houses, were better for porch or veranda doors. These are just that much more elegant, perfect for fancy front doors.

Oh, that's lovely and elegant, and quite versatile - just in your recolours you can see how texturing makes all the difference. Some of them look more traditional, and that steel one is very modern high-tech. And it'll go nicely with things we already have. And the poly count seems fine to me, for a two-tile, very pretty mesh. Thank you very much for this!
