3218 Summit Crest 3x2 lot for $32,946.00

Partially furnished contains bathtub, toliet and sink. - one bedroom, one bath

High in the hills of Vermont or Tennessee you will find this house. Built sometime around the 1880's this thatch-covered house has grey wood floors, two small dormers over the second floor windows and aluminum panelling covering the attic level to keep the heat out. Wallpapered in the common-for-the-era flowery paper and paneling with a wooden staircase.

High up on the hillside, this house overlooks a babbling brook that runs halfway around the hillside that is covered with a nice, thick forest. The foundation is built of fieldstones found on this same hillside. This is a beautiful get-away home for the sim that is tired of the city.

Amos Cain (not included) has retired to this home to enjoy his remaining years walking along the babbling brook or just sitting on his porch so high on the hill he can see the whole town.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

Thank you for all your work and talent - you made me forget what I was originally looking for! Plus I finally realize that all those ruined walls I have from other downloads [you know houses and stuff], are yours. They are brilliant - so thank you again.
