This traditional style rancher has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Built on a 4x5 lot with a price of just under $108,000. It comes lightly furnished with necessities, leaving you plenty to decorate the way you'd prefer.

I only put "driveway" in one of the garage stalls....I like to use the other for my teens' band practice....you can put a car in it with "moveobjects on" but it won't let you go anywhere in it...still there are spots for three cars in the other driveway spots...

The only CC is a carpet from me.
This might need OFB, but I'm not sure and it didn't say anything about it in the Creator Guidelines section...

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

thanks guys

chicky23 - I hope it works for you with this bit of OFB confusion

kg4bet - or Caroll - I used the "moveobjects on" , "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" , and the "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true" cheats to get the counters like that

It has been my experience that any homes created with OFB require OFB to work. Glitchy.

But... if anyone here does not have OFB and you manage to get this to work, please PM me! I'd love to be able to play this lovely house.

Yeah, I think you're right about needing OFB, chicky23 told me that the lot didn't work for her. I made sure that I didn't use any objects or wallpaper or anything from OFB, so it must be like NightLife that way. Bummer. I'll remember to check the requires OFB on my uploads from now on
