All right, this time I have a cute little condo for you guys. It's on a 2x2 lot, and is intended to be placed next to others like it so you end up with a street row that sort of looks condominium-ish. To that end, I have landscaped so the fences match and so it will look cool in neighborhood view. I plan to put almost all my most recent batch of university grads in these to start life in.

This is a smallish (for me! lol) two story condo, with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. (If you have any of my other houses you know I am a great beleiver in many many bathrooms for my sims =P). It is completely unfurnished except for kitchen counters and some lights and sells for 53,346. You will need the Nightlife EP for this house.

Custom content:

This has been scanned with Sims2 Clean Installer and contains no hacks and no recolors.

The only custom content is 5 matching exterior brick walls (maxis, recolored by me), and 1 matching exterior brick floor, also by me.

Floorplan shot per level, labelled.

Notes: I originally did this in dark red brick and had all my interior doors in white. But, because I also just did another large-ish house (which will be submitted asap) where I used that same paper, I decided to change up this one. When changing the doors to a light wood upstairs, I forgot to replace the door to the Bedroom/Nursery. So don't forget to pop one in!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

4 Bath? I counted and only saw three...

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.

Very good!
It's great! This house is in my favourite light colours and it is very well designed . I think it is great idea to put more than 2 bathrooms :D

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated!

And yeah, I like to have a bathroom per sim because it always seems like they have to go at the same time - especially in the mornings =P . Oh, the 4th is labelled Ensuite, off the master bedroom.
