Uhm, $RaMRoM$, ALL houses are in sims2pack format. We just don't allow uploads of JUST sims2packs (i.e. uploading it in that format, rather than rar or ZIP). Besides, house uploads are moderated, so this was approved by a moderator before being up here.

Hi,

I just love this house and moved my sims into this lot. I've started building a lot as well or rather trying to build a similar house. But I noticed that your roofs seem lower than when you draw a roof with the normal roof tools. Know what i mean? how did you do that? Please tell me

Glad to know you like the house, for the roofs I used: Roofslopeangle 20
you can set them in a range from 15 to 75
