This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is on a 4x4 lot and costs just under §100,000. It comes furnished as shown in the pics. The bedrooms and kitchen are on the upper level, with the Master bedroom having a porch/private entrance. The finished basement has a TV and game area, guest showers, garage, and a walk-out to the pool area.

Thanks to Rgiles for the wonderful Scarborogh Kitchen Cabinet Collection
All other CC (some floors, walls, painting recolors, and a bedcover) are from me...

Hope you like it

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Q: "Very pretty! What happens if I try and install it without getting the custom pieces?" -
A: It will just revert back to the maxis base object and will give you unfinished floors and biggie

Q: "Can you tell me how you do that?"
A: Very carefully :D

Thanks guys
