Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
A creepy graveyard complete with a decaying crypt. Inside the crypt are steps leading down to a mysterious underground house (unfurnished.)

The lot size is 2x3

This lot contains the following custom content created by myself:

5 original mesh gravestones (Find in decorative/sculpture. They can be placed anywhere indoors or outdoors.)

3 spooky trees - one being the Maxis spooky tree except it can be placed on floor tiles. The other two are derived from Maxis trees with texture/shape changed. (Find all in decorative/sculpture. They can be placed anywhere indoors or outdoors.)

9 floor textures, including a dead grass texture for floor tiles

2 terrain textures, including a matching dead grass texture

21 wall textures, many of them multiple tile textures

The house is not furnished.

The one issue with this underground house is that objects that have to be placed against walls can't be placed against the exterior walls unless you use the "moveobjects on" cheat. I have a furnished version in my game and I found that I didn't need to use the cheat at all. All interior walls work as usual.

The cost of this lot is approximately 27,000.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

visited your site...like...um...euww...very imaginative...your sims neighbourhoods must be interestingly weirdly creepy! my sim might like to visit... but to live in it? um..like...hmmm...the jury is out...permanently.

Boots, you've rocked my sim's world yet again. I've been trying to do this sort of lot for ages and always manage to just make a mess and get all frustrated which leads to me just deleting the lot. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS!

This is exactly what I have been looking for but unfortunately when I try to install it I get told that "Some Expansion Pack data is missing" even though I have University installed & patched. Any ideas on what I should do?

This is amazing. No chance of a non-Pets version, is there? I don't have, nor do I want, Pets... but I'd love to have it in my game. I know it's a long-shot, but I had to ask. Either way, AMAZING!

Awsome Lot!
Props for the hidden stairway/basement/crypt thing!
I have no idea how to make a practical basement, and it is always nice to see the extra effert put in to make the lot that much better.
Keep up the good work!

And they were forced to eat Sir Robin's minstrils. And there was much rejoicing . . . yay

This is just perfect, I love this lot, it's playable and very functional for my vamps. Doesn't look out of place either (as castles would...), every real life suburb has a creepy abandoned graveyard or two!

This is great but does it have any chance of working on The Sims 2 base game? I don't have any expansions but I'd love to use this, even if some of the objects don't show up.

Wow! This is great! This calls for a few new Sims with some emo kids. Maybe even The Addams Family! ;D
