I also love the look of colonial architecture (but I live in Southern California so I'm not really exposed to it :/) and I must say, this is a masterpiece.

Thanks for this lot. I used to live in Charlottesville, and am very familiar with the area and the style. It's a nice reminder of life outside of the city.

I love this house. I'm from Fairfax and I think this really reflects local architecture. Kind of reminds me of Old Town Alexandria and Old Town Fairfax.

Beautifully done and so authentic! I'm anxious to see how it works out in my game, as I don't have University or OFB but I do have Pets and NL. I've found I can install any lot as long as I have at least the most recent of the EPs required, and since I have Pets nothing is totally off limits (so far). I usually have to replace some objects specific to the missing EPs; for example, that fencing on the roof is, I believe, a fence that came with University, so it will be missing. But I can easily replace it with something similar from my HUGE custom content folder. Ditto with missing floor or wall textures. Most creators have all the EPs so they don't usually realize that you can do this, but I wish more would be aware of it because they put so much work into their breathtaking lots and then so many people think they can't use them because they don't have this EP or that one. Anyway, marvelous job and thank you!
