This is a Japanese style house for a home business. The interior of the first floor is dwelling space, and the second floor is space that can be freely used for a home business. It is also possible for the second floor to have six rooms, and to move through the passage on the outside.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

These are very nice buildings. I like the architectural stylse you've made into Sims houses.
