Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I've seen a few different foxes people have made out of cats and dogs, but none of the ones I found for download quite matched what I had in mind for a story I was working on. The closest ones were the ones made out of cats, so, I sat down and made my own cat-into-a-fox pet. I'm quite pleased with how well it turned out!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Your cat is the best looking fox.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Very pretty, I love how the white on the tail looks.

If only we could add more overlay options, though.

Wow, that is truly fantastic.

But for some reason, my Sims 2 won't let me install any new pets from .sim2package files.

Is there a manual way I can install it?

Actually I supplied it in the .package format, not the .sims2pack, so just download and plunk it in.

It looks amazing! And honestly, though foxes are canines, they're behavior is more like a cat's and they're the size of a large housecat. Best fox I've ever seen. :D
