This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Ok this is my first try at any of this...I have taken the Godly works of Marvine and Beosboxboy and mixed, matched, fooled with to get some independent tops for the Huge Body builder. Also used some free web textures/colors from

Learned a bit of photoshop along the way. If I have tripped over a foot or failed to recognize in some way, please simply politely correct me. If anyone can make these better, go baby go. The creations of Marvine and Beosboxboy (wirelessguy, allenabq...) (ok all of you!!) have renewed my love of The Sims.

If the file is a ".package" type, then you can put the file directly in your downloads folder. If it's your first time downloading custom content, then you'll have to manually create the folder. I have only Nightlife and University, and after a clean install, the folder wasn't there.

Go to "My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/" and see if there is a folder there called "Downloads". If not, go ahead and create the folder. From then on, any time you download anything from the net, place the ".package" file in that folder. Keep in mind if the file is in a compact folder ".zip" or ".rar", you'll have to unpack the files first, and then copy them to your Downloads folder.

Hope that helped!
