This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

I always wanted to have a smaller modern 2-tiled fireplace with a mantle to put some clutter on. I wasn't really successful in finding one so I made one. There is no chimney just because I don't like them.
I hope you enjoy the fireplace.

You may recolor the fireplace but please link back to this thread. Thanks!

Thanks Tiggy
This is THE perfect fireplace and I really appreciate the non-chimney version as I don't like them much either. I usually add fireplaces after I've finished everything else and chimneys do tend to destroy the look of my buildings.
So THANK YOU very much for this gorgeous addition to my game.

Oh, this is great. I hope it's high enough in cost to satisfy that stupid "I want a fireplace costing a bazillion simoleons" want!

A higher cost one (>3000) would be wonderful to have! It is much better than the original game versions, for sure.

I don't mind if you include the fireplace in your lots but please only include them in the ones you upload here at MTS 2 .
