Today I bring you 8 Tiny Terrace! A family home with a small store front! I've left the store front empty to keep the price low and to allow you guys to do what ever you'd like to do with it. Keep it a store, or open it up and make it an addition to the house. It's up to you! It's been tested in game and checked with clean installer. This download is hack free! For future reference. If I ever forget to put this info. in my write ups please know that I will never post anything on this site without testing it and checking with the clean installer. None of my downloads will ever include hacks! If you like this download please take a second to let me know by hitting the thanks button or leaving a short comment to let me know you like it.

Ladder Stairs by Marvine
2x1 Lot by MaryLou

Krampft Industries Value Counter Recolors by KiaraRawks

Here's a picture of the beautiful counter recolors. A link for this download has been included under additional credits as it is NOT included in this link! This download includes the same counters but with Maxis colors, which are not nearly as attractive as KiaraRawks recolors! So please check under additional credits so you can add the recolors to your game!

Here also is a picture of the wicked cool Ladder Stairs made by Marvine! In this download you'll get both the white and black recolors as I've used them both in this house!

All I ask with my downloads is that they do not get uploaded to any sites, or claimed as someone else's work. Please have fun with them! And though they have been tested in game, they weren't tested for hours on end, so if anyone does encounter any problems at all please either post it under the lot you had problems with or PM me with the information and I will do the best I can to fix it! Thanks and have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks so much! This is really neat... I never thought of putting the front door upstairs! Nice job.

"You can't fix stupid." You can, however, MOD THE SIMS 2!!
