This fully furnished starter home comes with everything you will need to get your new Sim going. The home is located on the corner of a 3x2 lot with some room to expand both the house, and still have room for a pool or other outside objects.
For those you are keeping track of my homes, this house is also located on the right corner of the 3x2 lot, instead of the left.

The home includes all of the following:
Bath Room(Shower, Toilet, Sink, Mirror)
Kitchen(Stove, Refrigerator, Sink, Microwave, (6 Sim)Table w/ 4 Chairs, Smoke Alarm, Trash Can)
Family Room(3 Sim Couch, TV, Stereo, Book Case, Art Easel, Dart Board)
Deck(Chess Table, 2 Chairs)
Bed Room(Dresser, 2 Sim Bed)
Misc(Security System, Wall Mount Phone)

WARNING: This home is furnished with painted walls, however there are no plants, or decorations of any other kind. There is over $1500 left to use for decorating to your taste, or finishing off the basement to make for a 4 - 6 Sim ready home.

Note: This home also has a unfurnished download... Price of Lot is $10,607

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Very nice, very neutral, very versatile, a perfect starter home! On top of that, the outside is very pretty! I like this house alot.

Also, did you know you can get prettier pictures by using the in game camera? (The red line around the pictures isn't all that attractive) Press C to take a picture. Your game stores all the pictures in a folder called Storytelling, so you can take alot and then pick which ones you want to upload later.

Beautiful. I don't know how you got so much room and so much into the simoleons you've used!

May I make a request? Would you upload a totally unfurnished version? An easy way to make new Sims happy fast and get that platinum mood is to buy them the basic stuff like the fridge, toilet, and tub...and I love to decorate just about as much as I dislike building. That's why I've got a million packages of custom content in my download file! lol

(hint, if you do decide to upload empty houses, a good unfurnished price for a starter home is $16,000 and under. That leaves enough for tasteful but basic purchases. ;-) )

This is awesome. I got the unfurnished version, because I enjoy decorating. When I create my own houses, they kind of look a like, though I try to make them different, and sometimes they grow with kids I have a house that started with three rooms and now after thirteen kids has seven plus stuff outside. Only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, not good for birthday parties. Anyway this is awesome and should be great for one of my couples starting out.
