This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Update: Here are a few more recolours to match the tranquil theme. "Jasmine Tea" is another recolour of my "Art Deco" mesh and the "Spring Field" paintings are recolours of Maxis' "Grilled Cheese" painting.

Here are two recolours of my "Art Deco" painting mesh. They require the Nightlife expansion and the link for the mesh is below. They're nothing spectacular but I find them good for decorating tranquil living rooms and bedrooms. Hope you like them too.
