Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This little hobbit starter home is located two houses down from Sam Gamgee. It is the perfect home for your poor hobbits who are just starting out. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the bare necessities. If you have Seasons installed, The house is snug and weatherproof. There is even a little room in the backyard for planting a small garden.

P.S. The outer walls are built mostly of foundation, so you will need the "moveobjects on" cheat to place things on the walls. It is possible to add or delete inner walls if you want without any building cheats because of the way the hobbit home is built with a dummy level on the top.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Ohhh, love on first sight! What a cool idea, and it's beautifully done. I'm just wondering about the inner wall - it wasn't brick in the movie but wood and some sort of plaster. (Yes, I'm a nerd.)

The screenshots look great, and I'm very grateful that you inlcuded all the CC. Makes downloading a lot less time-consuming. Thanks for this great lot!

Its's brilliant! I'm just wondering how you got your sims so small?

The word ‘politics’ is made up of the words ‘poli’ meaning ‘many’ in Latin, and ‘tics’ as in ‘bloodsucking creatures
