Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
An architectural marvel of glass and stucco, set in a serene and quiet environment. Project Glass is the first in a class of Solar Powered Homes. Solar panels harness the power of the sun to heat and light this home.

The photos don't capture all of the magnificent lighting effects and warmth of this home. The interior is decorated in an ultra modern style with some futuristic concepts. An interesting feature is an indoor heated pool with waterfall on the first floor
Project Glass is somewhat different from what I have created but I think it's beautiful. I Hope you feel the same and have fun playing. All feedback and comments are welcome

First Floor:
Driveway Entrance and Elevators
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
Bath
Indoor Heated Pool and Sauna

Second Floor:
Master Bedroom with Raised King Bed
Den
Bedroom
Bath

Third Floor:
Activity Room
Bedroom
Spare Room
Stairs to Observation Deck

Notes:
Lot was moved into and tested. No Bugs or Glitches experienced.
Home Entirely lighted using outdoor fixtures, no Indoor lighting needed.
Some decorartive effects using Boolprop/Move Object Cheats
Lot is available furnished or unfurnished.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
