Wow. Fantastic. I really love your custom black and yellow moon cat coat.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Is there a way to create custom coats -without- overriding a current coat? I can't seem to find the right tutorial anywhere on how to do it, and wondered if you knew it were possible or not.

I love this coat. I use the green in some of my pets however so it bites >.<

As far as I know, there is no way possible to do this ^ ^; Infact, before I took on the task, there wasn't even a tutorial on how to override pet coats - in other words, no step-by-step way on Sim pet coat customization in any way, shape, or form > >;

Perhaps you should take a look at my "Full" Version template .package in my Tutorial, if the color is the issue?..You'd be able to override some other color, say, Target Red, rather than Neon Green this way ^ ^

I've tried downloading this, but I can't get it to instal. I think it's because the file extension is *.package, not *.Sims2Pack, but I changed it to *.Sims2Pack and it still won't work. Also, I use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer. Does that have something to do with it?

Sorry, I'm a noob... ^.^

Hello, I can't believe I've never commented on this! I'm sorry if I'm about to come across as demanding, but I was wondering if you could take a request? I'm not even sure if this is possible, but if it is I'm betting you'd know how to do it.

Do you have or are you planning to get Apartment Life? Because I was just thinking this coat would be perfect as the default for the evil witch's spectral cat familiar. Again, I don't even know if that is remotely possible, but if it is I would be thrilled. Would you be up to making it, if it is? Or, if not, may I have permission to request it from someone else? It's so gorgeous; it would be a shame if it wasn't even possible.

Either way, thanks for taking the time to make this wonderful coat!

Seriously, you've done a great job with what you had to work with, but the truth is that dogs and wolves are the ''moon's guardian animals'' more than cats could ever be, so your idea may be kinda unfitting considering the original idea of the animals that are associated with the Moon. Thus, it'd be better if this was a dog coat for TS2. If you're a cat-lover, that's ok, I'm just expressing my opinion, based on the original idea, which didn't involve cats, but canines. I will download this anyway though, I love it! Just make a moon-alike one for dogs as well and I'll give you cookies! ^^

If I click on the link to the tutorial it doesn't work, the link sends me to MTS2 > No input file specified.
But I love the fur! And the neon green is a download, right? And I'll need that one first? I'll figure it out anyway, I love the fur!
