Your hotel is a real beauty. - The garden is so realistic and the building is awesome. Wow!This should be featured, I think.

So lush and authentic looking. I adore the landscaping and the exotic hotel sits perfectly within them. I'll have to break out my BV discs and install them now! Thank you.

I haven't downloaded this yet, but I will. You've done a great job on landscaping. It doesn't even look like the sims2 anymore

I was very happy with this hotel. I went to a community lot, came back, and everything you could get in buy mode was gone(except for things in the kitchen, and things outside). I was disturbed by it, but I brushed it off as a simple glitch that would be fine later.
But it wasn't.
It came for the time for me wanting to check out. But I couldn't, not without a Check in/Check out desk. I tried simply leaving, but the message "We are having trouble trying to check you out. Please try to check out on your own" came up. Now, whenever I would view snapshots or go to the options menu, all the furniture would come back, but I'm unable to click it. When I go to Live mode, it disappears again.
From there, I furthered the problem for myself, which I doubt has anything to do with your lot itself, but I'll tell anyway in case.
I tried changing the lot zoning to community, selling the desk, and buying a new one, then changing the zoning back to hotel(WHILE my family was still checked in). When I tried to get back in to live mode, while it seemed they were there from the outside, when I got in, it acted like I was editing the lot. I have no way of getting my family back now, I think, and I'm rather scared of what would happen if I deleted the lot.

Hmm, that's in fact strange. I also hope that I didn't cause the problem because I tested the lot and everythging was okay...
The only thing I can recommend you is to update your game with the latest BV patch (Only if you don't have a newer EP).
I hope that you can save the family. You could ask in the game help forums here at MTS. Somebody else might know a solution.

Best Regards jon119

Thank you!

Trees flashing blue is an issue of damaged or missing packages. It's hard to solve it from here. If there are only a few of them I'd just replace them with some other trees.
How to build suh roofs is explained here: http://valot.com/aaa/
